Hard copy applications are not available. To apply, please submit an electronic application. The electronic application is available through the Office of Graduate Studies website at http://graduateapp.ucsd.edu. If you are not able to access the electronic application, please contact jlenington@ucsd.edu. The application deadline for Fall 2010 is December 15, 2009.

Go to http://graduateapp.ucsd.edu and submit the Statement of Purpose via the electronic "Application."

2. Three Letters of Recommendation - (electronic submission only)

3. Official GRE Scores and TOEFL Scores (for international students only)
Prospective students should take the general GRE test by December 2009. Request the Educational Testing Service (ETS) to send official scores to UCSD Institutional Code 4836 and Bioengineering Departmental Code 1603. For international students, the TOEFL Code is 69.
