The Bioengineering Bear Hug is an annual fall kickoff and homecoming event for grad students, postdocs, professors, staff, and alumni.
About the Event
Please join us for the 9th Annual Bioengineering Bear Hug Social (an in-person event this time!). We are bringing graduate students, post-docs, faculty, staff, and alumni together to celebrate the UC San Diego Bioengineering community.
Registration ends on Monday, September 13.
Please email Tiffany Zhou, t2zhou@eng.ucsd.edu, if you miss the deadline and still want to secure your spot.
Seating for the dinner service will be assigned according to research interests.
Agenda:
- 5 PM: Check-In & Networking
- 5:30 PM: Welcome & Photo
- 6 PM: Dinner Service in Bear Courtyard
- 7 PM: Additional Networking
IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: COVID-19 POLICIES: All visitors and guests at UC San Diego onsite events must be vaccinated or have a recent negative COVID-19 test and will be expected to provide proof of vaccination or provide a recent (within the last 48 hours) negative COVID test for event participation. Guests are not required to wear a mask outdoors, but will be required to when accessing indoor facilities such as restrooms.
