"Isgard has single handedly organized these efforts through creating our Industrial Relations Office. She professionalized our efforts with board of advisors/liasons on which more than 50 local biotech companies sit. Through her position, she listens to and address the career needs of our students. Isgard also has a focus on improving the education mission of our Department through continuous evaluation and improvement.
