Smart Toilets: A Window to Geriatric Precision Health

Traditionally underutilized human excreta have emerged as a rich source of digital biomarkers for disease prevention and early detection. In this seminar, I will highlight the breadth of digital biomarkers that can be extracted from human excreta via smart toilets. I will also discuss their potential uses in the context of ‘Geriatric Precision Health’, which empowers older adults to lead healthier, and more independent lives.
